Filip Szadurski

EMPLOYMENT & LITIGATION LAWYER

Filip's legal career began working for a renowned full-service firm in the National Capital Region, where he was trained as an employment lawyer and commercial litigator. He then honed his experiences in boutique employment law and litigation practice within the Greater Toronto Area and Canada-wide, before finally opening Szadurski Law.

He is highly experienced with guiding employers through all aspects of workplace compliance issues, investigations, contracts, compensation packages, policies, and much more. He is equally at home representing employers and employees through negotiations, and in litigation at all levels of court and tribunals, including executive negotiations and disputes. Filip's interest in employment law runs deep as he regularly writes and presents on employment law topics for legal conferences, professional audiences, and businesses across the country. He is also a certified workplace investigator through the Human Resources Professionals Association.

Filip's unique professional journey, transitioning from a gourmet chef, to social worker, and now a lawyer, sets him apart in the legal field. His ability to handle high stress situations with ease, while also providing compassionate representation of his clients, are skills from his previous careers that have married themselves together within his skillful practice of law. Outside of the office, you can find Filip travelling with his family, spending time outdoors, and periodically reconnecting with his culinary roots.
